Nurture & Wellbeing

Supporting the wellbeing of our children and ourselves continues to be important and ensuring we are looking after our mental health is key to dealing with the stress and anxiety that different periods of our lives brings.

As you are aware, the 5 ways to wellbeing model has been discussed extensively in school. By taking time to do 1 or all 5 of the activities each day enables our minds to feel calm and relaxed. However, many activities can decrease anxiety and increase self-confidence can be found on the following link-

If you have any concerns, or wish to discuss the mental health of yourselves or your children, please get in touch with the school.
